CONSTITUTION

The governing principles of the Britannia Business Association.

The Constitution of the Britannia Business Association sets out the principles, structures, and standards that guide our work across the United Kingdom. It ensures that every chapter, every member, and every leader operates within a clear, consistent, and values‑driven national framework.

Our Constitution is built on traditional British values — fairness, responsibility, integrity, and service — and provides the foundation for a strong, stable, and ethical national association.

  • strengthen British business communities

  • uphold ethical and professional standards

  • promote responsibility and civic leadership

  • support the development of local chapters

  • preserve and advance traditional British values

These principles guide every decision and every chapter within the national network.
