National Structure

NATIONAL STRUCTURE

A clear national framework that supports strong, values‑driven local chapters.

The Britannia Business Association is built on a simple, stable national structure designed to support local chapters while protecting the Association’s identity, values, and long‑term mission.

Our structure reflects traditional British principles: order, responsibility, fairness, and service. It ensures that every chapter across the United Kingdom operates with consistency, integrity, and shared purpose.

1. National Leadership

National leadership provides:

  • direction

  • stability

  • identity

  • standards

  • long‑term stewardship

Its role is to protect the Association’s founding purpose and ensure that every chapter reflects the same values and expectations.

  • a unified national identity

These standards protect the integrity of the Association as it grows.

3. Local Chapters Within a National Framework

Chapters are the local expression of the national mission. Each chapter is led by a Chapter Organiser and supported by the national framework.

Chapters benefit from:

  • national branding

  • meeting structure

  • leadership support

  • training and development

  • operational guidance

This ensures that every chapter — whether new or established — reflects the same values and quality.

The Association operates a simple, transparent revenue model that ensures:

  • strong local chapter funding

  • fair recognition for chapter leadership

The 50‑25‑25 model allocates:

  • 50% to the local chapter

  • 25% to national governance

  • 25% to the revenue pool

This model keeps the Association financially stable and fair.

6. Built for National Growth

The structure is designed to scale chapter by chapter, region by region. As new chapters are established, they join a unified national network rooted in shared values and shared responsibility.

Each chapter strengthens the whole. Each leader contributes to the mission. Each member becomes part of a national movement.
