The Member Spotlight Programme exists to highlight the individuals and businesses who embody the values, standards, and spirit of the Britannia Business Association.

Spotlights are not marketing features. They are recognitions of merit, examples of excellence, and stories that strengthen the identity of the Association.

Every spotlight reinforces the message: This is a community built on traditional British values, professionalism, and contribution.

 

1. Purpose of the Member Spotlight Programme

The programme exists to:

3. How Members Are Selected

Spotlights are awarded through a transparent, merit‑based process.

3.1 Chapter‑Level Nominations

Members may be nominated by:

  • Chapter Leaders

  • fellow members

  • Regional Coordinators

3.2 Criteria for Selection

Nominees must demonstrate:

  • alignment with Association values

  • consistent professional excellence

  • reliability and trustworthiness

3.3 National Review (Optional)

Exceptional stories may be elevated to the National Spotlight, reviewed by the National Office.
