The National Formation Variance
During the Association’s National Formation Phase, all Standard, Executive, and Corporate memberships ratified in the inaugural year will be structurally dated for 18 months rather than the standard 12.
This ensures early members are fully carried through the Year 2 deployment of the National Register and portal ecosystem without interruption or additional fees. (Note: This variance does not apply to Founding Members, who receive permanent lifetime tenure.)
The Appointment and Review Process
To maintain a high‑trust, values‑aligned community, the Association does not operate an automated registry. All entries are processed through a formal review framework:
Submission & Vetting — Review of credentials against charter values, professional standards, and sector balance.
Executive Consultation — For Founding and Executive tiers, a direct consultation with national leadership to confirm alignment and suitability.
Ratification & Onboarding — Upon approval, credentials and asset packs are issued. Membership fees are introduced only after formal ratification.
- Privacy Commitment — Member identities and directory listings are never published without explicit written consent
